Sunmist is a neighborhood family style restaurant located at 501 E. Lake St. in Addison, IL. We helped lower the business’ operating costs by 20%. A local Chicago real estate investor was able to increase his revenue and improve the lives of the tenants at his 13 properties. In early 2015, he utilized our services on their behalf. The tenants were able to reduce their personal household operating costs. This made it easier for them to cover their rents and handle surprise expenses, with the same amount of income.
The firm now feeds over 200 children monthly.

Charles Hayes FIC is a non-profit that specializes in financial literacy and financial planning for the Chicago community. We helped the organization to lower their operating budget. This streamlining positioned them to increase funding opportunities, now and into the future.

National Black Wall Street - Chicago
At the end of 2016 we began a vigorous campaign to help National Black Wall Street – Chicago (NBWC), which supports financial education and entrepreneurship, slash its operating costs. The reduction created new revenue and freed up needed capital to funnel back into the communities it serves.
NBWC now feeds 500 children monthly.
