A servant leader focuses primarily on the growth and well-being of people, and the communities to which they belong. The servant leader shares power, puts the needs of others first, and helps people develop and perform as highly as possible.
Servant leadership enriches the lives of individuals, builds better organizations and, ultimately, creates a more just and caring world. Our mission as servant leaders is twofold financial education for all, and hunger relief.
We provide Financial Education and Literacy Educational Seminars for businesses and adults. We also conduct our youth financial literacy program in school system classrooms, through partnerships with local school districts.
We focus on helping defeat child hunger through our relationship with “Project Feeding Kids.” A portion of every dollar we make goes to helping eliminate hunger for all children, worldwide.
